Hi, I’m Rachel, a Career Energy Coach specializing Career Transitions and Positive Psychology. Over the past 14+ years, I’ve helped professionals navigate career transitions including the complexities of job loss, rebuild their confidence, and discover fulfilling career opportunities.

I’m here to guide you with calm, ease, and actionable insights rooted in my experience from the tech industry and career coaching expertise.

In 2010, I did my own career pivot from tech to become a registered career counsellor and certified coach. I have supported career change and transition for tech executives yearning to break free from their soul-destroying careers and unleash the superpowers they hold within. Accomplished in career wellbeing, I am committed to sharing my abundant wisdom, hard-earned experience, and practical tips to offer you options to create a life where you can Be Your Best Self.

As a Career Energy Coach, I work with clients to embark on and co-create a journey to optimize their lives and careers. We partner together and one option to is to follow my proprietary ENTRADA Method. The ENTRADA journey is deeply personal and transformative, undertaken both individually and/or in groups. We delve into the depths of your authentic self, unearthing your unique strengths and creativity. What if I can’t attend live?

Register anyway! You’ll receive access to the replay.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just bring a notebook (paper or digital) or journal and an open mind.

When will the replay be available?

Within 7 (seven) business days it will be posted on YouTube. 

Is this really free?

Yes! This masterclass is a complimentary resource to help you navigate your next steps.

Zoom Etiquette

Guidelines to create a positive online experience for the masterclass:
1. The masterclass with be recorded and the host will be spotlighted so will be the only person on the video unless attendees choose to be spotlighted and give consent. 
2. Video and audio will be off when you join the session.
3. You are welcome to turn on your video and audio to join the call (if you wish to speak out loud or join with video too).
4. Please mute when you are not speaking to keep audio feedback to a minimum (the facilitator will also mute you if you forget).
5. If you would like to acknowledge someone speaking, you are welcome to use emojis or if your video is on, to nod, shake your head, give a thumbs up (or down), wave or other gesture – ideally respectful :-D.
6. You are welcome to use the chat feature to share info as necessary, but please use it sparingly as it can be distracting.
7. Please find a quiet place with minimal distractions to Zoom from if possible.
8. Using headphones can also be helpful to minimize ambient sounds and noise.
9. In respect for the group, please have phones on silent or off if you are turning on your audio to speak.
